The on-demand maintenance system can effectively save manpower and material resources, and is more conducive to the safe use of elevators. However, the following aspects must be noted:

2. The on-demand maintenance model puts higher requirements on the professional skills of maintenance personnel and user management personnel. While the maintenance and protection units are performing their duties correctly, only the maintenance personnel and management personnel make correct judgments on the status of the elevators to ensure that the frequency of maintenance is reasonable. At the same time, we must have the correct judgment ability. The employees must have professional skills that meet the requirements of the job, and they should also strictly perform their respective duties. Maintenance personnel should be very familiar with the maintenance requirements of the elevator, combined with the use of the elevator, standing in the "safety first" point of view, can do the maintenance work on-demand. If the management personnel of the company use the elevator safety knowledge and basic conditions to master the shortage, it will not be able to supervise the quality of maintenance.
